I took my adopted daughter in to get a nose ring. They said they couldn't do it without her ID . Ok that's totally understandable. But here's what is not understandable. My adopted daughter is black and the man behind the counter had the balls to say to me well you have to show proof of ownership. Seriously said that. So yeah .customer lost.

Jason did an amazing job on my tattoo and he was very friendly . However , i was also scheduled THREE different times to get my tongue pierced by pugsley and each time was a different reason it couldn’t happen . the first day he called out , the second day he wasn’t prepared and was rude about it , and the third day he didn’t show up again . if i ever go again , i will not be dealing with him at all .

Love love love this shop!! I've had a few different pieces done with these guys and will never get another tat from anywhere else other than USA Tat. If your looking for quality work..attention to detail...and a artist that engages in conversation while tatting...go see them at USA.

Just got my tattoo and I absolutely love it! It's amazing and just beautiful. Plus the price is very reasonable too! Staff was really nice

I got my first tattoo here, in 1992, by some dude who looked like Santa Claus. I was in AIT, and wasn't supposed to leave base, but we hopped on a bus got tattoos, and drank some whiskey. One guy got an Airborne tattoo but then jacked up his leg and failed airborne school, and another guy got an Ugly Kid Joe tattoo which I'm sure he regrets. I got some wolf howling at the moon that I pulled straight off the wall.
God, I hope my kids are smarter than me.

Awesome place, busy on the weekends because its walk ins only on the weekend so come early if you plan on coming, but awesome staff and great work with good prices got my first tattoo here and love it

I love this place. I got my first two tattoos here by a man named Robbie. I recommend him. Quick and have stunning art work. Very professional and clean.

I am big with cleanliness and i was mesmerize by how sterile my piercing was performed 💯 Can't put a price on that! Can't wait to bring my business to them. Customers service was outstanding.

Girl was nice and respectful at counter. Piercer was very friendly and knowledgeable. However...he forgot to put the jewelry in the needle when piercing my daith.(Inside the ear) and said "oops". My ear filled up with blood. When I told him there was something cold in my ear he said "yeah, you blooded a little." My friend who was an EMT said "not a little, a lot" and made him move so she could apply pressure to stop the bleeding because he would not after she told him several times he had to apply pressure and get the bleeding stopped. He shoved the bar through by hand. My whole side of my face hurt from it. He "forgot to change gloves between my friend's piercing and mine at first. He had us sit in an office type chair also. What if I had of passed out from the blood loss? I would never have made it onto the table. He never washed his hands while we were in the room and had 3 piercings.
I don't like giving bad reviews but wanted to warn people of his forgetfulness. You can't forget these important procedures in this line of work.

My whole ear is still too sore to touch. Am having hard time cleaning it. My other ear has the same piercing from another place in Colonial Heights and never hurt like this one with only a few drops of blood.
Lesson learned. Stay loyal to one place.
They were over priced too. $40.00 for daith and $40.00 for tragus. I did tip him and paid full price. Never was offered a discount for his botch up and even got blood on my brand new shirt. Oh well, no more business will they get from me.
