Friend and I went to get our Philtrum pierced. Honestly did not plan on ever getting pierced the same shop i get my ink from because I've heard 50/50 hit or misses about the piercing service but against my better judgement I allowed to let my guard down. Mistake. I wasn't aware at the time but my friend elaborated that the piercer messed up the first time he went through my lip and put the needle back through my lip after the first poke. When the service was in progress I just thought he had trouble putting in the jewelry, my experience was really rough in the chair it was a lot of tugging and pulling. Hers was much smoother. After I looked in the mirror I was disappointed. Piercing wasn't even on the dot he provided, crooked, off center, closer to my nose. At that moment I was unsure what to say cause he was the owner of the shop and I really adore my artist that works with him so I didn't want my complaint to be taken as insult or arguing so I just didn't say anything. Paid for our services and took a breath outside. Went back in and told them it was bad. I was still bleeding and I never bleed after being pierced, I have plenty of body piercings either hidden or in my mouth and have had retired ones so I knew this wasn't my fault but I pretended it was a simple mistake to avoid issues. Requested they remove it immediately, which they did. They wanted to redo the piercing and I kept saying no, I just wanted it out of my lip. They offered to refund me but I refused at the time because I wasn't trying to cause trouble and it was fairly cheaper than what I'm used to anyway. After the shop was closed and we were were half way back to brosville my friend told me about him repiercing it without opening another needle instead. This infuriated me, because you're not supposed to use the same one once it's exposed to the air it can cause a staff infection from the bacteria being introduced to it after the first poke. Even a medical professional wouldn't use the same needle even if it's from the same person. Thankfully it's healing alright, not having a car puts me at a disadvantage because after I was told he messed up and I took the fall for it I really wanted my money back. Honestly wouldn't recommend for piercings, just tattoos. At least they were friendly.

The place was clean. But I brought Jason exactly what I wanted and he ended up throwing in some of his freestyle without consulting me and now it's kinda there and not too happy about it. I got over that and decided to go back and made an appointment. Got there and they were closed and wouldn't answer the phone. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Taking my business elsewhere.

I went in to get a piercing done at 3:30. They were backed up and told us it may be an hour before they could get me in. This was fine as piercings are done as walk-ins. I came back an hour later and was told by Seth, the only person there doing piercings, that he would give me a call when he was done giving someone a tattoo. I came back around 6:30 to find out he left for the day without ever giving me a call.

They are good and very friendly and do great work, just have to be specific on what you want and the size of it.
