Chris’ work is phenomenal. I am in love with my tattoo. Overall the BEST tattoo experience I’ve ever had. The front staff is amazing. They are extremely friendly. They made my scheduling experience so seamless and I watched them have such patience with people coming in seeking information and scheduling. I’m already planning my next trip to see Chris!

If no stars were an option, I would pick that.

My husband and I scheduled an appointment in May (2 months in advanced due to their booking— totally fine) however when something came in July for our scheduled appointment, it was an error due to “their scheduling error”.. We were told we would have to be rescheduled again for at least an additional two months out. As this was their scheduling error, we asked for a refund of our deposit as waiting an additional two months, four months total for a tattoo was not satisfactory to us. We were told no deposit will be refunded. ever. even if it is their fault the appointment didn’t happen.

After discussing the occurrence with my husband, I called and spoke with the shop manager who was less than pleasant, irritable and spoke disrespectfully to me. What’s even better? I received a return call and voicemail from the tattoo artist with at least 25 seconds within the voicemail of the shop manager bashing me and my husband.. sharing that we were yelling and screaming at her over the phone and I was being ridiculous with my request of scheduling our appointment sooner than two months out or refunding our deposit.

We will not recommend this shop to anyone based on the interactions we had. The shop manager lacks any customer service skill or quality needed to speak professionally with clients over the phone.. was extremely rude and unable to actively listen to my concerns. We are avid and active tattoo enthusiasts who have seen and been tattooed by many talented artists— however if you can’t hire someone with class to answer the phones and manage your clientele, then you’re going to lose business. Unfortunately, ours is included.

Ashlee did my very first tattoo ever and it was such a great experience all around. The location is super clean, and feels really welcoming. From the jump any slight nerves I had were quickly squashed when I walked through the doors of the establishment. My tattoo is beyond perfect, and even better than I had originally planned. Ashlee added her own personal style and touches to it, which really solidified the space she was using. I can't wait to come back for my next piece in a month! The picture I've attached is the fresh tattoo from about a week ago. What I have now is healing beautifully thanks to her wonderful advice.

Awesome staff, great artistic abilities of the tattooist, clean environment, definitely coming back for more tats and touch-ups to old tatoos.

Very unprofessional receptionist and artist. I have been getting tattoos for years and went here based on this being a fairly new business. I was in communication with this place and told them what I wanted. Was told they could do it all in one sitting and to call and confirm the appointment in the morning. I asked numerous times what the cost was and didn’t get a direct answer. However I still confirmed the appointment and paid my deposit to hold the spot. Get to the establishment and felt the receptionist was extremely rude. Met with one of the artists who I’ll leave nameless and he immediately began to judge my other pieces I already have and got sarcastic when I said I had never heard or seen of his work. After all this and paying my deposit which is non refundable by the way was told he may not be able to finish the piece and it was going to be between 3500-4000 dollars. I’ve had similar work done for much less of a price and just as good as what I saw in there. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for your tattoo experience!

I followed Ashlee from her old studio to this one for my pieces and I am so glad I did! Ashlee is an amazing artist and the vibe of this studio is so relaxed and fun. Highly recommend, especially for people getting their first tattoo.

Got my first tattoo with chris today! Was definitely nervous because I proceeded to get my rib piece done first but he did a phenomenal job keeping me calm and making it a fun environment to be in. On the other hand his work was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get work done!
