My best friend and I came for matching tattoos and we had Jessie :) he was hilarious and EXCELLENT at his job. This was my first tattoo ever and he made me feel so comfortable AND the tattoo is gorgeous. The shop is a little hidden but beautiful and clean. They are very sanitary. It feels like a family. I’ll definitely be back 💞

Super awesome service. The owner tatted me today on Friday the 13th as part of the special. He was extremely friendly, professional and kind to both my friend and I. The room was decked out with super cool decor and the whole vibe of the place was really great. I struggle with feeling comfortable being tattooed by a stranger and sitting through awkward silence but he was engaging and funny the whole time. Definitely looking to visit again.

I got a few tattoos by the owner Jesse and he was GREAT, so personable and made me feel instantly comfortable! HIS WORK IS EXCELLENT I posted my favorite from him so far! Also everyone I interacted with there at the shop was very respectful! I 100% recommend

I haven't had work done yet, but have met with Bee and discussed custom work she will be doing soon. I have seen her work and love it. She's extremely talented. She is going to design some pieces to add to a partial sleeve, and I have faith that it is going to be beautiful. The shop is clean and bright and has private rooms, which is a plus. My initial reaction upon entering the studio was "Oh yes, this place is perfect. Well run, professional, and just very good energy. " Can't wait to show you the finished product. Probably the first review they've had prior to getting work done, but it's important to feel confident when you enter a studio for the first time!

This tattoo is my fourth and this was by far the best experience I have had. The shop location is a little confusing initially, but I was able to figure it out without any issues. The atmosphere is very relaxed and clean. I really enjoyed having a private room equipped with a TV that I was able to control while being tattooed. Quinten was professional and made my experience as comfortable as possible. I can’t wait to book with him in the future.

Super welcoming and personable! Amazing work by amazing people. As soon as I walked in the door, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. You can tell Jesse and Bee truly take pride in their work. Bee perfectly executed my most recent tattoo and I can’t see going to anyone else! Went here for my first tattoo yesterday by appointment with Bee. She did an excellent job. My tattoo was pretty simple and went very quick, but was perfect. The shop was super clean and inviting and everyone was helpful, friendly and patient. Highly recommend both Bee and Heart & Soul.

I got the tattoo from Natalie the apprentice and when I got home I realized the back of the hair line had a bump in it that looked odd. I contacted Natalie and she had an attitude from the start. Then I asked to speak to the owner Jesse and he was giving an attitude as well, they said if they fixed it they would charge me. So, I went to another tattoo shop and they told me the hair is over worked and they should have put the tattoo on in the opposite direction so her hair didn’t move so much when I turn my arm. He told me to come back when it heals all the way and he will see if he can fix it if I’m not SCARED from the overwork!

Rebecca “Bee” Santos is amazing! I started using her almost 4 years ago when she helped me design the perfect tattoo for my daughter. Since then, she’s done 7 amazing pieces on me, today being my 7th one! I love going into the shop, she makes you feel comfortable, gives you her honest opinion, and will design anything you want to perfection! I will never go see anyone else, she’s my go to girl!
