Hayden has been my tattoo artist for over five years now and she does a phenomenal job. She is very attentive to what the client wants. Hayden provides a comfortable atmosphere that allows for a relaxing tattoo experience. She is wonderful with freehand art and the line work is impeccable. If you have a tattoo idea, Hayden will turn it into a dream come true. I absolutely would recommend giving her a shot

Hayden is incredible. I came in wanting a big coverup (half my arm!) and she did a BEAUTIFUL job. The old tattoo is covered expertly. Hayden is also very congenial and so easy to feel comfortable around. 5 stars.

This place is brilliant. Simply brilliant.
Hayden is honestly one of the best artists I have ever worked with. She's amazingly talented with both new works and coverups. (No one believed my half sleeves were coverups until I showed them the side by side pics). And she takes an incredible amount of joy in her work. When discussing an idea, her excitement very nearly matched mine. She was as psyched to do it as I was to get it!
Her work just top notch! Hayden is able to take disparate existing tattoos or nebulous ideas and turn them into a cohesive piece. And her tattoos hold up to the passage of time. I have a piece that looks amazing and reads perfectly 7 years later.

She also is honest and ethical. Let me explain what I mean. If an idea won't translate well to a tattoo, she lets you know. And she handles this type of situation with grace and aplomb. So instead of just shutting everything down, she takes the "well no, but" approach. So if your idea for a piece won't work, she explains why and offers a pleathora of suggestions and alternatives. That's another reason why her pieces stand the test of time, she makes sure they're designed to be.

And the Kewpie Tattoo studio itself is really welcoming and cozy. There's privacy curtains to keep lookyloos away. You can listen to music, watch YouTube videos, watch a movie or a TV show episode, or just relax. There's a full length mirror so you can check out the piece before, during, and after. She also takes care to keep the temperature at a comfortable level. Additionally, Hayden has pillows available since staying in some positions gets rough sometimes. (They're sealed and covered in those single use pillow cases you see at the doctor's for safety and hygienic purposes).

Hayden is an absolute delight of a human and talented artist. I’ve had her do a bunch of my pieces and I’m always in love with all of her work. She’s super creative and gives awesome direction as to what might look best where. I’ve literally given her 3/4 different elements to incorporate in a piece and she did it so well. You’ll definitely love her work and your time with her.

Hayden is absolutely one of a kind. Her humor, kindness, creativity, artistry and joy are truly unparalleled. She is the only artist I want to ever put ink on my body- one session with her and you’ll understand why. Her extraordinary ability to bring an idea to life will draw you in, but her extreme skill that leads to exceptionally fast and pain free healing will keep you coming back for more. 10/5 stars, cannot recommend her enough.

Love Hayden, she is an amazing artist! She has done several tattoos for me including my full arm sleeve and she does not disappoint. Bonus that she is totally cool and so much fun to hang with. And her taste in artwork is very unique and eclectic. Anyone interested in getting ink should 100% check her out.
