Super clean place, a creative person will feel very comfortable! You can tell right away that people who have made their passion into a job work there! I've got my ear and septum pierced about 2 weeks ago, they've been healing well and look amazing! The piercer Jesse is a king at what he's doing, he made me comfortable and answered all of my questions without any problem. If I ever want to get more piercings and I'm in the USA in the area, I'll surely come by! And I got stickers! Which is always awesome.

Had a great experience with Billy Stardust for my chest tattoo! The shop is very clean and Billy was friendly and accomodating. He made sure I had enough privacy and maintained clear communication during the tattoo. He was also really considerate about letting me take breaks when needed.
The tattoo itself turned out beautifully and was exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be coming back, and I'd reccomend him to anyone looking for quality color tattoos!

Words cannot express of how great Billy is as a tattoo artist! This turned out amazing! He was so helpful along the way and great to talk to. He even understood my medical condition (which can sometimes be hard to explain to people) and made sure I was okay throughout the process.

The shop was super clean and had such a great atmosphere. It wasn’t your average tattoo shop, which made this place so special and unique. Everyone there was great!

Stunning studio with amazingly talented artists- both permanent and guest. I've been there 4 times for tattoos- can't speak to piercing services, which are currently suspended due to COVID, but they are very meticulous when it comes to personal space on the tattoo floor area and sanitary tattoo stations. It's comforting to know you're set up for a great experience. Pretty sweet playlist going too.

I've been in the process of getting a sleeve from Billy. He's been absolutely GREAT for each session. The shop is super clean and comfy. All the artists are exceptionally talented. Good vibes overall!

Outstanding! Jesse pierced my daughter's ears. She is 5 and was quite nervous, despite asking non-stop for months to get it done. Jesse was very patient with my daughter and empathetic with us, as parents.Your child must be able to talk with them, answer basic questions, and indicate on their own that they wish to get the procedure done, which was reassuring. They use needles, as opposed to the gun (part of the reason we chose them). The piercings are pain-free and never irritated, weeks afterward. Placement was perfect. Price was among the least expensive for the piercing and jewelry.

Amazing job by Jesse! He pierced my navel and my helix and I’m really happy with both. The piercings themselves were fairly painless and quick and he was very professional. Will definitely be coming back here for my next piercing!

TLDR: Navel piercing done by Jesse was off-center after he missed the marks made by his pen when piercing me. Didn’t take accountability for his mistake and offered no refund.

unprofessional piercer, avoid at all costs. I went in to get my navel pierced by Jesse. he marked the spot where he was going to pierce and asked with my approval, I looked at it in the mirror and approved because it was center. however, when he actually pierced the spot, the insertion site was accurate, but the point where the needle exited was crooked and off center from the dot where he had marked. when I saw the results, I was concerned that the piercing was off centered but I wanted to get opinions from other people first to see if they also thought it was crooked from their view. Everyone that I asked also agreed that it was off centered. After looking at it for a few days I decided to take it out because of how unhappy I was with it and I didn’t want it to begin to heal. A week after I took it out, I called the shop to explain the situation and discuss a refund. The lady on the phone encouraged me to come in and stated that they would make sure that I left the shop happy.
I went in, and Jesse ignored the pictures of my piercing before I took it out and instead just looked at the holes left on my stomach. He was incredibly condescending and unprofessional- not willing to accept any fault when he was the source of this mistake. He made it very clear that I wasn’t getting a refund and so I left the shop incredibly unhappy.
After being dissatisfied with my piercing, I more thoroughly read the reviews of this shop to see if other people had a similar experience and I found out that I was not alone. I found that this shop will commonly respond to the negative reviews that customers have had in their shop and make it seem like it was not their fault. All in all I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs, their customer service is terrible and getting a piercing here is hit or miss at best.
