I just finished my first session with the owner of Sakura today. It's a cover up of an old tattoo I've had for more than ten years that was pretty awful and now it's being transformed into a beautiful traditional Japanese style dragon. I can't say too many GOOD things about Jesse and his shop! He's a great guy and his work is absolutely incredible, he's a true artist in every sense of the word. Every other artist in the shop is hand picked and trains directly under him. This is the best shop in the area to go to, especially if your looking for traditional Japanese art!

Chris, 5 star. My neighbor recommended this place for me. I recently came in for my 2nd tattoo which is my son’s name, I needed it to match my first one-the size, the font and everything. Chris took the time to scale and design the tattoo with me and was very professional. Overall, the place is clean and well kept. Receptionist Jessica is so slim and pretty! In terms of price, $20 to reserve an appointment time, cash only; you can pay artist cash at the time of service or with credit card with 5% surcharge. No Amex accepted.

They hit it out of the park every time. Josh has drawn and inked all mine and Jesse and Aaron have done a lot of work for many of my friends. Everything is solid, highly recommend.

I am very happy with my experience I had here. I was able to walk in and get some small flash work done with very little waiting. My artist Chris was great and friendly. The shop was welcoming and pleasant. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a tattoo in the Winchester area.

You get what you pay for. I paid a fairly hefty price for my small tattoo on my wrist BUT, it turned out amazing. The attention to detail is absolutely astounding. Great place for you to go to get your work done. Absolutely recommended.

Had my first tattoo done yesterday by Jesse. He done an awesome job. He took his time and really put alot of detail in my tattoo. We talked the whole time and listened to music. This is the best tattoo shop and artists in the state. This is my personal opinion as I have been tattooed at this shop for years and am coming back in November for more. I traveled from Miami and now from Atlanta to get inked at Sakura. I will drive, fly, bus to get to this shop and be tattooed by Jesse.

I've had work done here before, I like the place and the artists. However make sure you know going in that if you cancel your appointment the day of they'll keep your entire deposit no matter how much it is. I never signed anything or was told about this "policy." I even went in to try and make something work, at least put it toward my next appointment and all I got was 2 grown men berating me and not letting me speak. This was also happening RIGHT in front of customers, so embarrassing. Wont be going back, super unprofessional, very wishy washy.
