Coolest dudes and dudette to get tattooed by in the PNW. Everyone is hilarious and unique in their own ways including their tattoo styles. Any style you could ask for one of them could nail it. Environment is always clean. If you’re looking for a real tattoo experience 13 Black is the way to go.
