I've gotten two piercings here (both done by Jerry)and also bought other jewelry for these piercings! I've felt very welcomed by Jerry when I came in the shop! It's very clean and I feel safe when getting pierced here. The second piercing (it was an industrial so it was very painful!) I ended up passing out because of it (it's normal for me 😅) and I was given skittles and water after I woke back up it was very good Expierance! Both my sister and her friend also came here and got piercings don't they are the two who suggested it to me when I was getting my first one!

We came here based on a friends very high recommendation. We couldnt be happier! The shop is clean and the tech made sure to keep sterile during the piercings. Great selection of jewelry and they make sure you are 100% comfortable before doing anything. Jerry is the man! We will be back!

My daughter wanted her nose pierced and we didn't feel like driving down to Seattle. Based on these good reviews, we decided to try out Painless Steel. Well, we were not disappointed. My daughter was thoroughly informed of every step of the procedure, as well as the after-care requirements. Frank was just a really nice guy and put her at ease. His attention to cleanliness was OUTSTANDING, I watched him change his gloves at least 3 times. In fact, the whole establishment was very clean and impressive - also liked it being large and not feeling like I was in a hole-in-the-wall kind of place. They had a great selection of tattoos and I intend to go back to finish looking at those. I wouldn't hesitate to have anything done here. A very positive experience.

I came here the other night to get my nose pierced and it was great! I came in 25 minutes to closing and the piercer, Jerry, was helping someone else and by the time he was done, the shop was closing in ten minutes but he made time for me anyway and it was over so quick. I would definitely recommend coming here for piercings.

I had a great experience on my first visit to schedule an appointment for my tattoo. The workers were very friendly and embracing. I got to meet my tattoo artist immediately and he was really cool. His name is Eric and I was actually referred to him by my mother. She bragged about him and I can understand why. He tattooed a traditional wooden rosary on my forearm and it came out awesome!! If you haven't yet, start setting up those appointments! You won't regret it!!!

Jerry did my piercing. I will say this...the shop is extremely clean, which is of the utmost importance. The part that was better was how personable, calming and just flat out cool be is. I will say I didn't come across a single person in that shop that wasn't friendly and just happy to be alive! Hard to find these days. Was visiting family in the area and glad I found this place!!!

Got my first tattoo half sleeve. Eric is the artist!! He did an awesome job. Pain level is very minimum i was very surprise. Professional and clean. Feel very comfortable and satisfied costumer service is great. I'm going for more for sure ! Guys Eric is your guy. 😉
