Terrible customer service. Showed up with 20min until close with a quick question, tried the door and it was locked. Watched the tattoo artist walk out the back door after we tried the door twice. Didnt bother to tell us he was closing early. At least tell us youre closing rather than sneak away.

I got my Monroe pierced there and after 7 months of having it in it started to reject the metal now i have over 5 different piercings over the past 5 yrs and not once has any of my piercing closed up so im not sure if there jewelry is even real.

The piercing woman was awful. I went in to get second lobe piercings, and the first one she does is lopsided, and the other one is infected due to no aftercare information being given. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS!
