My sons and I came in to get memorial tattoos for their dad/my husband who recently passed away. He was an Army veteran and worked for DOC for 13 years and the last 2 years was a Lt. At Franklin county sheriff's office in Pasco, WA when he passed. Eric knew we wanted these done before the funeral service and got it done! He was amazing! Very cool guy, listened to our story, drew up the pics for us and took great care of us! Beautiful work! Thank you sir for being so helpful. We will be back!

Called Skinny for naval piercing he came in on his day off even & the price was excellent !!! He was beyond awesome & I am more than pleased with my piercing !!!! Got it done Feb 22 & to date it is healed & no issues what so ever. Can't thank Skinny enough, he is AWESOME

I had really high hopes for this place, after reading all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was pretty disappointing. I called in on Monday to see about scheduling an appointment for my wife and I to get our wrists tattooed that coming Saturday to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The woman on the phone was very courteous and checked with the tattoo artist, Travis, who confirmed that he had availability from 3PM onward if we could come in person and secure our reservation with a holding deposit. So the very next day we drove in from Yelm to place our deposit and were immediately turned away by the artist (Travis) who said he was booked months out and also said he doesn't do any hand or wrist tattoos, which was completely the opposite of what he said while conferring with us over the phone the day before. I told him about the phone conversation we had where the woman told us he could fit us in for wrist tattoos with Travis on Saturday and he quickly refuted the claim, saying that he never does any tattoo close to the hand area. I could be wrong, but my feeling as I left the shop was that he didn't want to be bothered with a couple of small jobs, perhaps because he was busy with bigger jobs. What frustrated me most was that they made us drive an hour after confirming over the phone that it wouldn't be a problem, and then switched their answer the moment we walked through the door. I was really shocked at the lack of customer support we received after reading so many good things about Capitol. What a shame!
