Two weeks prior to our appointment, we sent in our design. They said they could do it and that was the last we heard. We arrive and verify the tattoo design is to our liking. I have never been so disrespected as an artist. The design was nothing like what I had drawn. It looked like a third grader drew it and we simply asked if we could make changes to make it closer to my design and their exact words, " no, I don't feel comfortable". Why take the job when you knew you couldn't do it and waste the person's time and money. Bulldogs are a savior.

Scheduled a consultation with Bismarck. We talked a bit, and I guess it was a slow night because he told me to come back in an hour and he'd do my tattoo for me. He took his time with the design I wanted and even took the time to 'test fit' it on my arm. He admitted he drew it too big and asked if I could wait for him to make it a little smaller so it fit with my arm and my existing work. I was pleased that he was looking at the overall effect of his work on me, and not just pushing me through to make a buck. I left the coloring up to him, and he did not disappoint. He was super clean, opening fresh needles and changing his gloves often. If I wasn't moving away I'd definitely be seeing Bismark some more. Awesome clean, professional shop.

While Lo and Behold Tattoo is a really cool shop with clean stations and interesting and beautiful decor, the highlight of my visit was getting art done by Stephanie Nuzzolilo. She's incredibly talented, worked with what I wanted while giving her professional opinion, worked fast and gently. She is truly a star in the northern Washington area. Can't wait to come back up to the area and get more art from Stephanie!

I didn’t use this business because I wanted to get a simple tattoo on my back and the dude there thought it was a bad idea because it was a waste of space on my back because it was just line work, I am just a line work type of gal and the tattoo was because it resembled my cat and it was a pretty dope tattoo 🤷🏻♀️
