Clae and his staff are both welcoming and professional. Clae is a true artist and does amazing work.
I went in and talked to him about turning two lone tree tattoos into a cohesive half sleeve forest and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I recommend Towns End Tattoo to anyone looking for a true work of art in a safe, clean, and professional environment.

Clae did my husband's tattoo and it looks amazing! He did such a great job, his line work and shading technique are out of this world! His shop is not only pristine, but it's fun and entertaining with his artwork displayed all around and an entire wall of old antique phone and alarm bells. He's a fun and relaxed guy who takes care of his clients like no other. I can't wait to have him do my memorial tattoo next summer.

Love, love, love this place. Clae is super professional and talented. He always guide me and suggest the best ideas. The studio is very clean and organize. I really appreciate the effort in the decoration and the warm vibe. They have done 4 tattoos on me and I can't wait to get more. Also, Port Townsend is a beautiful town, totally worth the trip.

I have been going to see Clae for two years, and have 5 pieces from him. He is an amazing artist. He has an fantastic eye for detail, and is super thoughtful with his work. I can't say enough good things about him. Literally everywhere I go I'm stopped and asked where I get my work. If you choose Clae for your tattoo you will not be disappointed!

Clae Welch is an absolute amazing artist and person. He truly is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and his attention to detail is impressive. I first went to Clae to have an uneven, cartoon like tattoo corrected and expanded. Clae did a beautiful job and I couldn't be happier with the result. That eventually led to another cover up and expansion and then a third, stand alone tattoo. I honestly can say, he is worth the drive from Seattle and I don't plan to ever see another artist.
