Tracy was amazing! I had a major surgery done which causes uncontrollable arm twitches sometimes and I didn't even think about it when I went in and well it was pretty bad however, he took it like a rockstar was so patient and kind..took his time and did quality work and my tattoo turned out gorgeous! Thank you Tracy!!

I went to Curtis. Very professional artist, comfortable environment, and most importantly great ink! I brought in a picture for reference and Curtis drew up the tattoo with his own variations that fit perfectly. Just look through their portfolios and you'll see they are all awesome artists

I do not like to leave bad reviews... However I'm just at a loss with the whole situation. My husband and I went in June 29th, today is July 8th. That is 9 days since being tattooed. This was my 21st tattoo so for context I want to be clear that I know the procedures taken, sanitation, what needles are used for what and how my body should and does heal.
The shop has a $100 minimum understandably. My husband and I got tiny tattoos, smaller than a quarter each. It took less than 5 mins individually. Though I'm all for paying my artist what they deserve and never devalue an artist I think it would have been appropriate and reasonable for him to have combined us by charging $100 instead of $200 together..
Additionally, my biggest issue here is the tattoo itself.. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE had a tattoo heal in this way! My tattoos are usually flaking and nearly healed within 3-5 days.. This tattoo is red around the border. Blown out. And has a thick ink scab still after 9 days of healing.. The lines are not clear or clean. That makes absolutely no sense to me. The ink he used is not black either. It is literally dark blue! Like dark navy blue! So is my husband's. We are both heavily tattooed with sleeves and though these are tiny tattoos, they are a part of our body now that we were overcharged for and are very upset with the results. Mine is on my hand and will need to be cleaned up by my local artist as soon as it's given enough time to heal.. whenever that will be..
The artist used a rotary machine with a rubber band that resembled something you would see out of someone's garage who hasn't yet invested in there machine. Extremely loud and extremely rough. I'm not sure about what needle he used because honestly when you have so many you get used to the process that you don't pay attention as well but from how it felt and is healing I do not believe he was using the right needle either. Not to put the shop down in any way but this was just very disappointing. From what I could see it was not the most sanitary procedure either. When he used saran wrap, cut it and taped it on my hand at no point was he wearing gloves so his contaminated hands were touching everything that's supposed to be clean to keep your tattoo from getting infected or exposed to bacteria. And saran wrap again just reminds me of a garage tattoo experience. It does not protect from UV exposure and is just a very cheap way to cover and protect the open wound. I even noticed all of his fingernails had black (I hope it was ink) Underneath them. The shop doesn't offer any sort of ointment or even sell anything for aftercare of the tattoos to top it all off..
Again I am just so unhappy with the entire experience..

Dylon was super professional and nice. He has a great and calm vibe. It was one of my best tattoing experiences.

Anchor Tattoo is the place to go for traditional! I have a few tattoos from Jacob. Plan to get more. I won't go anywhere else. Best shop in the area in my opinion. High quality work. Clean lines. Lots of options to look at if you're not sure what you want.

Tracy has done all of my work. Has a steady hand & draws the best straight lines freehanded. 10+ years later, my tattoos still look incredible! Definitely recommended.

The tattoo artists here are excellent, especially Tracy, who did my husband's tattoo, but I did feel a bit like the tattoo I received was overpriced. The sign very clearly says that there is a 100$ minimum for tattoos, but seeing as my husband was receiving a tattoo worth several hundreds of dollars, I thought that we could be billed together. It was disappointing to see a tattoo that took approximately 4 minutes to do (one horizontal line (half an inch), and one longitudinal line (1 1/4 inch) only) cost $100. That said the owner of the parlor is a very fair and talented individual. Many thanks for the work you did.

We had a great appointment here over the holiday weekend. Super clean work, and the best-healing tattoo ever. Superb linework and excellent original art! Thanks!

Tracy at Anchor is working on a traditional sleeve for me. We are about halfway done with it right now, and I couldn't be happier. The customer service is great and the tattoo looks great.

This is by far one of the best tattoo places I have ever visited. I have always made appointments in advance. They are always clean and courteous. I have been highly satisfied with the tattoos I have had done here!
