Imagine Ink Tattoo Studio

I just received my first tattoo from JoAnna at Imagine ink tattoo studio. She did such a good job and was very professional.Also it was very clean! She made my two adult daughters and I feel very comfortable. Our matching tattoos were very small and detailed. She was great!

Took about four months to get a consult. When I showed up, Andy said he didn't actually look at the pictures I sent him FOUR MONTHS AGO (pictures of my existing tattoos, examples of his work that I like, and multiple examples of the style and positioning I'm looking for) and he doesn't do black linework tattoos. Then he referred me to JoAnna for a linework tattoo (even though she doesn't have those sort of tattoos in her portfolio on the site) and said I could probably get a consult in another week. We had an hour booked for the consult and it was five minutes.

I feel like I was totally blown off. He admitted during the consult he hadn't bothered to look at the pictures I sent him. He wasted my time. If he didn't want to do it, he should have told me months ago so I could look for another artist. This was my birthday present, so thanks a lot for the great experience.

edit: He makes it sound like I wasted his time. lol. Not mad you turned me down; every artist needs to make those kinds of decisions. JoAnna is an excellent artist, but I have no interest in being tattooed at your shop after being treated this way.

The original email I sent on 10/8 said, "I'm interested in getting a black line work crow in flight on my right upper arm." I addition, the four pictures I sent of plain, black line work in that same email had the words, "These two are the style I like best" and "I like the line work on these two". I sent those as references of what I wanted so you could make the determination whether it was work you wanted to do.

I get that you want to defend yourself to the people that read this. I'm not arguing that you do bad tattoos or should have done mine. I'm upset that you wasted my time and pushed back my tattoo plans significantly. You had everything you needed to make an educated decision and turn me down four months ago, then immediately sent me away when I came to your shop. Who wants that experience?

Absolutely amazing! Words cannot express how satisfied I am with Andy and his studio. You walk in, everything is immaculate and clean and inviting. Andy is a fantabulous artist who strives to make his client happy and produces work that exceeds any and all expectations. I gave him a general idea of what I wanted and he worked with me to create an absolutely grogeous tattoo! The whole process from start to finish was easy, just had to sit through the pain. He really pays attention to the smallest details and will keep going until its perfect. I will certainly will be back with future projects and would highly reccomend him to anyone looking for unique and individual pieces! GO SEE ANDY

At first, my mom and I were impressed with the owner’s professionalism and artwork, and we got some pieces done by him. However, it turns out that he’s not very professional in conversation, for he talked about more mature topics in ways that someone 30-40 years older than me should not be saying to me. Friends that had also went there experienced the same thing (these girls are my age, late teens/early twenties) and one of them disclosed to me after a long time that he initiated and engaged in non-consensual inappropriate acts when she got tattooed by him alone. I’m convinced he uses his talent and services for inappropriate purposes and to groom young women. I will never be returning to this shop or recommending it to women.

When I came for the first time I quickly noticed how crisp and clean everything was, not a spec of dust to be seen. When it was time for the tattoo everything was completely sterile and brand new. When it was time for the tattoo to begin he was very gentle with the needle, this was my second tattoo from Andy and he is always gentle. By far my calf was one of the most painful areas I've ever had work done and he was completely understating and considerate to make the experiance as comfortable as possible. Ive had 2 tattoos done by him and I have always been awestruck how he makes the drawing come alive. The healing process has always been a breeze and he will guide you through it step by step.

Andrew is absolutely amazing! I won't go to anyone else for my tattoo work- he is realistic and honest, professional, and INCREDIBLE at what he does! He tattooed the most realistic vine up my leg and I couldn't be happier! Invest in yourself and this man's work! He is the real deal and you won't regret it!!!

Andy was awesome to work with! He was very responsive to emails and made the booking process super easy! He created a tattoo that was everything I asked for and more! I will definitely be returning in the future! Couldn't be happier and definitely recommend Andy!!

Joanna did an absolute AMAAAZING JOB! She is so attentive to detail. Listened to what we wanted and we walked out with 2 gorgeous tattoos. If I could give 10 stars I would! Will absolutely be going back for my next pieces. Her lines are cleaner than any of my other tattoo's. Wow just wow.

Andrew’s shop is one of the cleanest shops I’ve stepped into. His years of experience showed when I gave him a ton of thoughts and he put it together so beautifully. He is light handed and this tattoo was probably one of the least painful pieces I’ve done. He’s honest, fair and extremely talented.

Andy was great to work with for my tattoo. He was always open to feedback and did an amazing job with my tattoo.
