We currently have 6 tattoo artists: Rachelle Carroll, Olivia Bonebrake, Dana Vargas, Lilith Andraste, Teddi O'Mara, and Ruslana. We operate by appointment only and tend to book out a few months, so we encourage people to plan ahead. To book a tattoo, head to our website to find the artist that’s best for you and get their contact info. We no longer offer body piercing. Our former piercer Courtnie Ashley opened her own studio Chaotic Good Body Piercing, located in Vancouver, WA. Ascending Lotus Tattoo is all-inclusive, comfortable, clean space. Great atmosphere! Clean and professional but also comfortable and welcoming. Courtnie wa fantastic! She has phenomenal attention to detail and her personality helped ease my jitters. The prices made it seem like a steal for what I was actually getting. Hands down, best piercing experience out of the 10 I've had. I will absolutely be returning for a tattoo as well.

All of the artists here are incredibly friendly and talented. I always see Teddi and she never ceases to amaze me. Very professional, always has great communication, and is just simply amazing. They generally don't do walk ins, but are worth the appointment!!

Not only does she always have a friendly smile but she is willing to work with you through your ideas and creating a tattoo that you love! Best piercing shop! I’ve gone in twice, one appointment for my medusa and septum, and the other for both my nostrils, done by Courtnie! This shop is clean and reputable for sure. I can in for the best prices as well as from a friend reference and I recommend both their professional piercer as well as their apprentice Chloe to all my friends! They also have plenty of seasonal/frequent discounts on select if not all piercings. It’s a very nice, female-friendly environment I recommend going to

I went in before a medical procedure to get my piercings taken out and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I don't remember the name of the first piercer who took them out, but when I went to get them put it back in, Ashley helped me and she was great. I felt at ease immediately and she was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

It's an all women's shop that does amazing work. I had Rachelle do my tattoo with the ideas I gave her and was more than willing to changing ideas. She was very cooperate and even gave me numbing spray to help the pain. I will definitely be going for my next tattoo

Courtine is the person to see for any piercings. My daughter and I went and had our noses done and hands down she was amazing. She explained everything to and made you feel super comfortable. So highly recommend her. I will be going back for another piercing.
