Crazy Ink

Hope did 4 piercings for us today and she was very professional and informative. I would totally go back to her. Chad has done several tattoos for me and I'm extremely impressed with his level of skill and knowledge. Great place to go!

Piercer wasn't very friendly. I just needed my piercings taken out (weren't done by her), I get it's a free service but I still tipped her for her time. She acted like I didn't know anything about piercings when I've had 12+ body piercings not including ears. She was very rough taking them out in such a tender spot, didn't talk me through it nothing. Also tried to convince me to keep them despite me being sure I wanted them out. Said they weren't infected when they were red, tender and oozing, not a doctor so therefore she didn't know. I recommend going elsewhere for any piercing needs.

Hope is easily the best piercer in town. She's done most of my piercings, she's very to-the-point and knows her stuff! I would 100% recommend Hope to anyone looking to get pierced.

My daughter wanted an industrial piercing. Hope did explain the piercing and what to expect, however she choose the wrong size bar and had to repierce the ear because she couldn't find the holes she just made. I had a tragus piercing done, and it's way too close to my face and its crooked. Buyer beware, do your homework. I would not recommend this place.

Had an awful experience here getting my industrial done.. the lady kept piercing halfway though and then shoving it through the rest of the way on both sides. The bar was way too short and made me ear swell for almost 3 months, I have huge bumps that I'm still trying to get rid of... I just went somewhere else and got a longer bar and they continued to tell me everything they did at Crazy Ink was totally wrong. Don't suggest at all...

Hope does all my piercings! Wouldn't go anywhere else. She is very professional and well-educated. Always clean and does good work!

Luis is a terrible artist. His pricing ridiculous & has messed up on my tattoos twice. And since he is dating someone in my family I gave him another chance after the first mess up and he doesn’t seem to understand fair pricing, good customer service or know how to do a tattoo the way you want it. I once gave him a full week to draw out my two roses (in which he said he would charge me $250-300) on my forearm. The next week I go into the shop to get it done. He draws one rose up and does a half job and says I owe him 300 for the single rose. I would definitely not recommend him to anyone. He is absolutely terrible. Go somewhere else.

Got a smiley. Good piercing. Hope was rude and snappy and absolutely no advice on how to keep clean. I've never had an oral piercing but i can look it up. I guess. cousin got a belly button, kinda messed the piercing up and said "it is what it is."

Worst experience ever! I had the Daith pierced by Hope. The placement was wrong and very shallow. She used the wrong jewelry for this type of piercing. She was rude and very rushed. Shouts to Badder ink in Kennewick for helping me out with my piercing!
