Went in for a nice little hand tattoo with Gil and walked out with more than I expected! Made it quick and clean and it was my first hand tattoo and hurt like hell! But he was able to keep me calm! Beyond happy with what I received! Such a cool guy and talented artist!

Initial experience was good as far as getting the tattoo. It was comfortable and clean. The work itself is not what warrants the one star, but rather the business aspect of my experience.
I was told the first 3 touch ups are free when I first got my tattoo in October-November 2021. However, they then told me I would have to pay for my touch ups unless it was specifically during the week which does not work for me because of my schedule. They didn’t have the rule until AFTER I had gotten the tattoo. If I had known this prior to getting the tattoo, I simply would have gone somewhere else.
I then tried to make an appointment and was asked if 2:30-3:00 would work. I said I wouldn’t be able to get there until 4, but understood if that was too late. I was told it will work. I showed up at 4 and then got told it would be 30-45 minutes. That’s okay, I understand things can come up. Well then I waited an hour with no further interaction. I tried to be patient and understanding but there has been multiple layers of unprofessionalism, lack of time management and communication. I will not be returning for my touch ups or any tattoos in the future. I might as well pay for someone else who is on time to do a touch up, especially if it was promised to be free in the first place.
My boyfriend had a similar experience as well.

I have come on here because a friend of mine got blocked because he was complaining of a staph infection. I couldn't sit and watch him do this to another person/place. I have been to his place and I could bet my life on it that he got it from his home unfortunately he doesn't like to clean let alone vacuum with his pets hair every where, not to mention the infection was days after. I needed to do this under my friends email as he would personally go after me, he can be very mellow dramatic in certain situations. Although I have not gotten a tattoo at this facility I have been here with some friends that have been tattooed and each time it was clean, and Cooper was very friendly and nice. Answered all my questions, even if they were dumb. I know the ones that went there are planning their next one. :)

I just got my very first two tattoos with Nataly, OMG I had the BEST experience! She was so nice and patient, and did an AMAZING job on me and two more friends I went to with. I recommend with two hands , she is such a great artist ! Thank you Nat ❤️

Had a great experience, while getting a tattoo surprise health inspection was done (I take it was probably one of these millennials on the reviews) and they passed with flying colors! Very clean and professional this shop is ! Will recommend and will come back.

Mark was our Artist and he was amazing. You wouldn't know from his patience and the amount of knowledge that he has, that he's only been tattooing for a little over a year. My sister law and I had called and asked if they did walk-ins for small tattoos, and we initially spoke to Mark, and he welcomed us into the store. My style in tattoos are small, dainty, and fine lines. I told mark exactly what I had wanted and he quickly drew it up and was able to exceed my expectations. I've only had this tattoo for a couple of days and I've already received so many compliments.
Sometimes you get into a tattooing atmosphere and it's a heavy music and cursing kinda place (which maybe uncomfortable for some people), but to me I don't mind. Mark was thoughtful with his words and barely cussed. A real gentleman who can absolutely read the room.
I would definitely be returning for my next tattoo. 10/10 in service, satisfaction and artwork.
