Came here for a tattoo and had an okay experience with Kayla. She is very sweet and did a good job. However, on a later date, I accompanied a friend who was tattooed by Justin and we were thoroughly unimpressed. He was unprofessional, rude and condescending about her tattoo choice. He used horrible language in front of his child and by the end of it, we could not wait to get out and not come back. I wouldn't return for a tattoo..

If you want original artwork and not a pick and stick, this is the place. Justin took my idea and turned it into an original piece. He had great suggestions and really took the time to draw something beautiful. Besides the amazing artwork, he made sure I was comfortable and took breaks when needed. Clean shop and great service.

Did an amazing job on my belly button piercing a couple years ago. Very hygienic and I'm allergic to a lot of metals, but they had good metals that I didn't have an allergic reaction to. They also make you feel very comfortable!

Midwest is one of the only places left in Eau Claire that continues to have fantastic artists!!!! Justin is wonderful - not to mention (I think) the best artist that I have ever gone to. I read some of the bitching reviews and I can only say, get over it! People move on, but this still continues to be the best shop in Eau Claire!
