Stopped by after work to schedule a touch up. We waited in the lobby for over half an hour without being welcomed to the shop, asked what we needed, or even a quick "everyone is busy, we'll try to get to you soon". They do nice work, but customer service DEFINITELY left something to be desired.

They won't do detailed tattoos. I was told they have no artist's that can do realistic tattoos out of the 13 artist's they have employed there. Very unhappy about the whole situation. 😕

It's the oldest, same owner tattoo studio in Eau Claire. Let's not forget the talent that is in this shop. Hands down the best work in this town. Do I recommend it, absolutely!

Lots of cool body jewelry, tattoo artists are still super friendly too you even if you aren't there for a tattoo and the piercer was very in depth with your piercing details.
