Lake Geneva Tattoo & Piercing

I went in to simply have a tattoo drawn up by Greg, which he told me would only take a week or two, so I gave him the idea and the $60 deposit to draw it. After two weeks I call him and he says he hasn't started it yet because he was sick, which is fine because I'm patient. Another week goes by with me calling him, and eventually he calls me back and asks me what I wanted again, so I told him and he tells me it will only take a day or two. I call him two days later, and he tells me he didn't draw my tattoo because he went out on a date, and he will call me in another couple of days when he's done. A month after I first went in, I decide to just go to the store and talk to him to see if I can get my money back, because I wanted my tattoo done a lot sooner. He isn't in the shop, and the man working tells me he wont be in for the next week and a half because he's sick... So another two weeks later, he calls me back telling me he was sick and he just now finished drawing it. At this point I already made an appointment for somewhere else, so I ask him if I can get my deposit back since it took so long. His response was "nope, not my fault I got sick". Whatever... But what happens next is what really upset me.. I put a post on Facebook a week before this phone call about how I simply went to another tattoo place because they took so long at his place, and he calls me an hour after the first call, yelling and swearing at me to take that post off of my Facebook (which I don't know how he even saw?) and saying how I'm being un-professional... I wouldn't recommend for ANYONE to go to him... he's completely disrespectful, irresponsible, un-professional, and cares little about his work.

I had my nose pierced here today and it was the best piercing experince I have had. The staff was great and super knowledgeable about piercings. They made me feel super comfortable! Thanks again you guys rock!

Went in to get my tongue pierced, and within 30 seconds of being seen was turned down due to a “vein in the middle of my tongue.” After I got home, a strong flashlight determined that no such vein existed.
Went to another shop a few days later and got it done perfectly fine.

I had my Tattoo done yesterday, the lady took my ideas and drew up exactly what I wanted!
She did an amazing job, on my tattoo, wonderful experience!
I'll definitely go back!

The best tattoo shop in Wisconsin. a full sleeve here and couldn't be happier with the results. I recommend this shop to everyone in the area and I even have friends in other states that want to go to Greg for ink.

Walked in with my girlfriend's at the last minute and had an amazing experience. The woman who did my tattoo did an incredible job with precise lines. My 2nd at this place but probably not my last. Thank you!

Very talented artist and knowledgeable .Not afraid to give their honest opinion even if it means them not getting to make money I was very impressed with not only my tattoos but friends and families and by the way I watch all the artists work with everyone! I won't go anywhere else!!

Excellent tattoos, piercers are knowledgeable and do a very good job. I got my first tattoo here and now I have 21. The first one still looks amazing after all these years.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for my tattoos or piercings. Vince did my tattoo and my piercing and it's always professional, clean work. Greg also does amazing work as well!
