Terrible customer service, I call and ask a simple question the person that answered hung up the phone, so I call again thinking it was a phone problem i than proceed to ask if they’re accepting walk ins he proceeded to say no and hung up your phone again I’m happy I didn’t go to that shop if answering a question involves being rude AINT no telling how the work is done here smh, better people should work here or it needs new management

Clean place, fun staff, can make same-day appointments. A friend and I decided to get piercings, and were able to get in that day. Very happy with our experience, and would go back again. They seem to have a variety of jewelry for sale as well for piercings.
