The staff is very friendly. I was very impressed at how clean the studio is. My artist, Maraya, took the time to discuss what I was looking for and ended up creating a design better than I could've imagined. She involved me in the process so that I could add my input and make any changes along the way. My tattoo turned out AMAZING!!!! I can't wait to come back and see her soon for the next one! :)

This was supposedly a rosary. I wanted it done in honor of my dad. But the place I went to didn't even know how many beads we're on the Rosary or how to space it plus the gentleman did shadowing that I did not ask for. Luckily when I went to Crimson Hearts they were able to change it improve it into this design. I will be forever grateful that they made it look decent!
I think it's been almost 10 years since I had any work done there. Back when I was there they fixed a botched tattoo that I had done in Eau Claire. And now I will go nowhere else but Crimson heart to get a tattoo. Right now I'm just trying to figure out where I want my next one I already know what but I'm not sure where. And I'm looking forward to going back here again.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Naye**is awesome. Everything was straightforward and thorough. She made me feel comfortable and was very precise on the piercing placement.
