Jordan was very friendly and helpful with getting my tattoo done. Did the tattoo as I wanted. Explained a lot things to me as it was my first tattoo that I getting done. Will definitely go back there for another one in the future. If you don't know the area and don't know the parlors here I highly recommend New Life Ink here.

Previous client, am now taking my tattoos else where. This is all very disappointing and confusing because I've never had any issues or bad conversation. But in the last six months, I have sent 3 emails to schedule more appointments for a tattoo in progress; all three have gone un-responded to and ignored. The business has also taken down their phone number or any convenient way to contact them, and we're forced to reach out to the individual artists on specific social media, of which I have none, or emails go ignored. So I now have a half-finished tattoo, can't get a response, don't even know how to contact, and I'm done. At least take the time and respect to let people know what's going on, even if you're ditching them as a client.

Tegan had a much better design for the tattoo than what I had submitted. I had with a few requests and he skillfully made fantastic edits. This will be a multi session tattoo and so far I’m very impressed with the initial work. Tegan is a true artist. No hesitation for future work as well! Stoked!
