High Plains Adornment is the only option in Casper,WY. Equipped with modern technology, jewelry, and education Halley and Nicolle work with their clients to ensure 100% satisfaction. Their space is comfortable, sterile, and decorated with stylish and tasteful decor. Halley is the only person who has pierced me since I moved here.. she has helped me begin to look like the person I’ve always wanted to be…if she doesn’t have what I want(a rare occurrence) she orders it. I will never stop recommending HPA to everyone I meet.

After months of anticipation, they certainly did not disappoint, the atmosphere was breathtakingly gorgeous and they took what they could from no conversation into something worthwhile. While doing my side nostril it was straight to the point, and upon the mention that a second one would be placed, they made quick adjustments to ensure they would sit together well past their healing stage.
Would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a calm, inviting environment. They know what they're doing, and know how to have fun while doing it.
