Very clean, very professional and felt inviting and friendly. My piercing is healing great thanks to sassys instructions she prints and gives you on the after care as well as walks you through the care and has product on hand for you. She also gives you the option to call, text or stop in anytime for any questions on the healing. I'll be going back for any future piercings!

Sassy did great with my two last piercings, even when I got a little woozy with the first one! That had never happened to me before and I told her how I was feeling and she ran to get me a cold paper towel and let me hang out to feel better afterward. Both piercings are high quality and painless!

Very professional and used extremely high quality equipment! I had a botched belly button piercing several years back that left a lot of scar tissue, so I was uncertain if it was even possible to get it re done when I came to Sassy. But she was able to fix it and it's healed perfectly! I'm never going to another piercer again!
