Was not greeted. I understand that artists are busy during their work. I tried to greet them instead. Nothing. Saw a few insects inside so I left . Absolutely terrible customer service. Lay off the dope guys. It might help your business.

I went in on my lunch break to talk about exactly what I wanted and Stacee was super helpful and excited to help me with my idea! Her artwork was exactly what I wanted and it turned out even better than I hoped. She worked really hard to include everything I wanted in the tattoo and even worked in some really cool elements that took it to another level. Super great customer service and the four hour session felt like 30 minutes! Seriously awesome experience and I want her to do all of my future tattoos.

Parlor was clean, very professional, i took my 11 daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time, Dylan was very professional, his apprentice was super nice and the whole staff was amazing and making my daughter feel comfortable. I even got my eye brow pierced too! Thank you again!
We will come back for my other daughters boys piercing.

I got my tongue pierced about three and a half weeks ago and it has been acting up a bit since, cartilage and scar tissue making a visible HILL infront of the piercing, and it being white. i went to a another piercer to get second opinion on it and they said they had never seen something like how mine was healing (the scar tissue and cartilage buildup) and that it was done with a few red flags
EX: Not telling me she was new, Her putting the clamp way too tight(she gave me two options of how tight to put the clamps and how they would affect how she pierced??), Her tilting my tongue to pierce it, Her telling me that salt washes were optional for post care cause the mouth will clean itself (which is not true).
When i went in to ask about it the lead piercer told me that nothing was wrong and that its dead center so its not a big deal. he kept shrugging his shoulders like he didn't care, but offered to re-pierce himself free of charge. Lastly i was NOT told the girl who did it was new (only been piercing for 5-6 months)which i feel is important for any piercing but especially internal piercings. They also don't give the price of the jewelry used for your new piercing till AFTER you check out which is extremely inconvenient, especially when they gave me a price over the phone hours earlier.

My mom and I went and got our nose peirced by Taylor and I am beyond impressed. We were so scared but her patience and demeanor made us feel excited and ready. I can not rave enough about her and the staff there. She was very thorough with everything. I highly recommend her!!!

At first I was scared to get a tattoo from another artist. But, man oh man was I wrong. I am still in shock about how amazing the whole experience was! 2 days later and I’m still at a loss for words about how amazing this place/my tattoo is. Jeff did an OUTSTANDING job. My tattoo is even better than I thought it would be. He is very VERY good at what he does! He blew my mind and my next tattoo will be with him! The guys at this shop are very sweet as well and talk to you which is something you don’t always get in a tattoo shop. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone! Thank you guys for all 4 of our beautiful tattoos you did on Saturday! Can’t wait to come back!

My sister went in to get a piercing had it done with a couple of days following cleaning instructions, it got infected so severely that she was hospitalized with a horrible infection around d piercing and stomach. Will never go back again!!!!!
