Staff is great and very friendly/ helpful. I’m giving this place a 2 star review because the owner is horrible to his customers. Instead of being helpful when I had issues with my jewelry, he decided to try to blame it on me for not coming in sooner, and told me that the issue was that I touched my piercing without washing my hands in front of him (the only reason I had even done that was to show him the issue). I came in a month after I was pierced and it took some time to realize that it wasn’t healing properly. The piercer who fixed it for me let me know that the jewelry was in fact faulty. She replaced it quickly and they let me know that there would be no charge, which I think is a good policy. The owner is the only staff member who I had issues with, but for that reason I will not be returning for my next piercing and I do not recommend this business.

Aimee did an amazing job on my piercing. She was so sweet and personable and talked me through the entire process. I went with a group of eight, and we all got piercings. Aimee did all of us, and we all were raving about Aimee for the rest of the day! I could not recommend anyone better. I would trust Aimee for any piercing! Not only that, but the front desk was also amazing (I forgot her name)! She seemed so invested in our choices and was great at being someone to bounce piercing ideas off of and was a joy throughout the entire process. Between the front desk and Aimee, my friends and I had a fantastic day that we will look back on fondly for years!

My friends and I all got piercings with Aimée at Classic 13 Tattoo, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were a large group (8 people) and she took us all happily. I got an industrial piercing, which was my first real piercing, and Aimée calmed my nerves by talking me through everything that she was doing throughout the process. My friends and I couldn't stop raving about Aimée and our new piercings all day, and so far everyone has been healing well. Would definitely recommend getting pierced here!

Words cannot describe how happy I am with Classic 13 and Aimée. I had an awful experience with a piercer at an old shop and it ruined my expectations around piercings. I’ve been holding off on getting this piercing for a year now and I finally bit the bullet. I was extremely nervous the whole time until Aimée called me back in the room. Immediately she calmed my nerves and we just started talking. She did an amazing job of explaining the whole process and it was quick and painless. I got emotional because she healed my piercing trauma and gave me a hug in the end. I will be coming back to her for all of my piercings.

My wife and I got our ears pierced during our visit for a tattoo consultation. Aimée took care of both us. I was pretty nervous since it was my first piercing and Aimée was so professional and sweet! Aimée talked me through the whole process and after care and shared her passion for piercings with me.
My wife and I are so happy with the results and we will be sure to go see our girl Aimée the next time we need a piercing!

I'm really pleased with my experience with Classic 13 Tattoo overall. Marcos took my scatterbrained ideas and drafted up a gorgeous peacock feather. He was very patient and informative. The first time I went in for a "consult," left with a small word on my arm that I had been wanting and an appointment/design for the larger feather on my back. Marcos was incredibly professional, attentive to my questions and concerns, and finished the piece quicker than I thought! While Marcos was drawing my feather, Spike answered all my stupid questions about oral piercings without making me feel stupid haha. Everyone was really easy to talk to and gave great advice. I will definitely be coming back to Classic 13. Each artist has a unique and awesome style, so I will be having other artists design some of the pieces I have in mind for the future.
