After a few cover-up quotes I walked into North Alabama Ink and spoke to Shawn. He wasn't like the previous artist who looked at my wrist, blurted out a price range and that was the end of the quote. He asked the type of rose I wanted, the color, the size, all the questions to make this tattoo best for me. To me that was the first great impression. He priced the tattoo after showing me the design he came up with, and the price was better than any locals around the area. The tattoo he was covering, was actually a 3rd time cover-up from previous artist, and he NAILED IT! Not only is he a great artist- the compassion he has while tattooing and the kindness and love shown in the room with his wife made me realize that I was in the right place. Both of them are amazing people and I'll definitely be back and use him from here on out.

Literally was one of the best experiences I’ve had with my bestfriend in getting tattoos! HIGHLY recommend Shawn from North Alabama ink if you want a artist that will go above and beyond for your his work and your tattoo!!! Definitely will be back especially booking with him!

Kandice pierced my ears for me and she did a wonderful job! She made it a quick and easy process and talked me through the whole thing. I’d definitely recommend going to her!

Walking in nervous and scared of what to expect for my first tattoo , turned into something that i think i might become addicted to getting lol. Shawn did my tattoo and he gave me the best first experience , was so fun and talked me through it, definitely recommend him, 10/10 !!

Daniel has done all of my tattoos except for one. He’s the only person that I’ll let tattoo me. Just had some work done to my sleeve in progress and he did an amazing job as usual. I highly recommend to everybody to use this shop

I had a lot of trouble with the piercings she did and it wasn't given the proper attention. Went to another shop and they said she used rings that were way too small. When he changed them, I got immediate relief and haven't had problems since.
