We were on vacation and wanted to get some tattoos. On our way in there was a guy smoking outside the door, no big deal, but upon further investigation inside we concluded he was an employee. No one welcomed us in or said anything like just a second or be right there. We sat for about 15 minutes looking at the books and realized we were not going to be helped. We left and the guy was still outside just puffing away without saying a word. It also stunk inside the shop. Would not return or recommend.

Very catty very rude staff - overpriced too

Love this place! Have been a few times Our tattoo artist (Brad) was great! Took his time and did not rush thru it. Will definitely go back!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR PIERCINGS!!! I got my conch pierced by a woman here, and she was very very nice, don’t get me wrong. I should have known that it wasn’t going to be good when the sign was labeled wrong and called the conch an orbital, but I wanted it done so bad I ignored it and went ahead and paid $70 to get it and my nose done. First, she dotted my ear and everything, as per usual, but when she went to pierce it the FIRST time, it didn’t go all the way through. She then instructed me to take another deep breath and exhale as she stabbed the needle through my ear, creating a SECOND HOLE!!! Once she started putting the jewelry in, she dropped 3 of the balls down my shirt!! I went to a piercing shop today and he said that so many things were wrong... it wasn’t far enough in, jewelry too small, CHEAP jewelry!!!! Besides that, the jewelry my ear was pierced with was nickel, NOT SURGICAL STEEL, which caused an allergic reaction on the rest of my ear!

Terrible!! Went in to get my nose pierced, paid upfront. The workers were rude, I should have taken that as my first sign. The actual piercer was a nice girl, BUT when she pierced my nose I heard her say “oh my god” then I felt blood gushing down my face. She had hit a vein in my nose. Therefore my nose was gushing blood and immediately started swelling. They were unable to keep the nose ring in my nose bc of the swelling. The poor girl apologized profusely.the other workers were extremely rude, they tried to refuse to refund my money, due to their mistake. The piercer had to refund my money from her own personal money. Such a terrible run business. Don’t waste ur money.

Love this place. Just wish they would carry dresses in a xtra large or 2x. Have been checking for quit awhile and keep hoping maybe I'll get lucky. The staff is great and very helpful!!🌴🌴😎😎

Went in on a Tuesday and met with Tim to discuss the tattoo that I had in mind. Simple line of script, 6 words, for my forearm. He quoted me an amazing price and I made an appt for a couple days later on Thursday. When I arrived he had the line printed out in 4 different fonts for me to pick from. I selected my favorite and he had it ready to go and sized up for my arm within minutes. Tim then told me he really wanted to add some filigree under the script, no extra charge....I gave him free reign. I watched him freehand the added details and the result was stunning! He kept me laughing the whole time.... hands down best experience I've ever had (this is my 7th tat). It looks absolutely amazing and better than I could've ever expected. I WILL be stopping in next time I'm in Gulf Shores!
Bonus story: I'm now back home in Indiana and hours ago was at a convenience store waiting in line. The man behind me noticed my tattoo and asked me if I had fresh ink, then asked where I'd gotten it done. After telling him he introduced himself as a local tattoo shop owner (I recognize the name.... heard about him in my hometown since I was a teenager). He then told me how clean the lines were and how good the work was, and said, "Well I obviously knew I didn't do the work, and I could tell right away that none of my competitors here did that because they can't do lines that clean.... that's why I was curious!" LOL! So Tim not only am I in love with my tattoo, but my local tattoo artist said to tell you he loves your work!

This place is 150 times better than Zero Gravity ever thought about being!! Made my little hippie heart happy the second I walked through the door!! Super friendly and helpful staff!!

I guess it depends on who you get. I had a guy from Memphis who was in a crabby mood, overworked and complained he was hungry(we offered to go get him food) didn't do a great job, but its a small tattoo, thank God! then he added 100 extra bucks on my debit card to himself (so pay cash).. I had a friend who's turned out better and she was happy she had paid cash(to the same guy).. I went back in and they reimbursed me what the guy had stolen.. maybe they got rid of him, or maybe it truly was an accident... whatever the case may be, I learned my lesson

Amazing location, staff, products, and service. I got my first tattoo here from Dr.T and he made the whole experience stress free, fun, and easy. I highly recommend him.
