Maybe jared and Greg are great but that isnt the case for all the workers there. Not helpful and rude. Looking at other reviews I am not the only one to experience this.

My experience here was great, Caroline did my tattoo and she did an awesome job! I was a walk in and she was busy at the time but asked for my number and called me as soon as she was done! I will definitely be going back!

I made an appointment with Caroline, when it was time for me to arrive (I live 40 mins away) Caroline wasn't there on the day she scheduled me. Now she was having some emergencies I understand that fully so a man suggested another artist okay cool but I wanted Caroline so I asked for my 100$ deposit back concerning she wasn't there to even do my tattoo. The man hesitated and told me he's been having to give lots of people's money back and he can't do it anymore but he will... Well I told him I paid with a card if that helps so he contacted Caroline she contacted me apologized but only gave me 50$ back when I deposited 100$. Also she didn't really seem to care about talking to me in general. I will never go back there.

Greg is an amazing artist. Very fair on prices, fantastic work, and professional. I always tell anyone I talk to to go see Greg if they want something that looks great on their body. He makes really good suggestions when it comes to what would look better that I might not of thought about. Greg all the way.

Trust Victor, Greg, Matt and Caroline with all your tattoo needs in Huntsville. They each have their own "specialty". Victor did a side piece on me, took 4 sessions to complete. It can only be seen in a bikini, but I have at least one person come up to me and ask who did it. Fair prices, good work.

I contacted the tattoo artist Caroline ahead of time and scheduled a consultation. When I arrived on time, she had already left without letting me know. While I understand being sick, a message would have been appropriate. This was followed by complete radio silence when I contacted her afterward; she ignored every message. This level of unprofessionalism was an unpleasant surprise given the general reputation of the shop.

Got exactly what I wanted with absolutely no issues! Went in on a Tuesday expecting to not be able to get an appointment until the following week or longer and was told they had an opening the very next day and I could come in to get my tattoo! I won't go anywhere else but here in the future. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my first tattoo!
