Unprofessional and completely arrogant towards their customers. I've gotten two tattoos there and had to wait another 10-15 minutes before the artist was prepared for our appointment(which I was completely fine with); today I was 9 minutes late to my appointment and the tattooist, kaitlyn, refused to tattoo me and demanded another $100 deposit and refused to refund me. Was incapable of listening and reasoning with me. What makes the situation worse was that I made a $50 deposit for a nose ring earlier this year and I was told that it would come in within 2 weeks and the ring didn't come in until 3 months after I had already payed for it. Obviously didn't get my deposit back either. A complete joke of a business that upholds its work far higher than it really is.

I am obsessed with this shop but other financial responsibilities (and a bad savings plan lol) have prevented me from going in yet! I would love to win the gift certificate, your shop has the best grouping of artists, especially since you added Jake to the roster!

Christopher Breaux is an amazing artist, not only did he take my ideas and make them into a creative masterpiece, he completely shocked me with his artwork and creativeness. I would recommend him to anyone that is interested in getting a very fine detailed piece of art on their body. His line work, details, and ideas are bar none the best in Alaska. He is very creative and cares about his clients in a way that is hard to find amongst most tattoo artists here in Alaska. He is very detailed..takes his time and makes sure the art looks the very best it could on his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. If you're interested in CUSTOM work Chris is the man to visit. He takes his business and work to heart.

the way the OWNER OF THE SHOP is replying to these reviews and ARGUING with them should show how unprofessional and outright ridiculous this place is. i have NEVER seen employees or owners of a business act so outrageous & unprofessional in the face of a bad PR situation. Fire chris and move on with it. it's REALLY not that hard. Until then, your business could and SHOULD suffer from this. employing such a horrible individual to represent the company was the first bad step. allowing him to reply to his own awful reviews after his own mistakes was the next. sheesh.

oh, and before you can respond to another negative review to ask if i've ever even been to the shop, your answer is no. i don't need to talk to any employee of yours in person to know how LOW your standards are. chris does that for you! xoxo ♥️

Waited an hour just so they could tell me I didn't have the right legal papers to get pierced. I'm aware they can't change the law, but I really a shouldn't of had to have waited an hour just for the piercer to blow me off.

I love this shop! I referred both my brother and sister to Chris. I will be coming back again sometime in Feb or March for more! Super relaxed, laid back atmosphere. Chris has the best music to listen to while gettin your ink! Awesome person and great artist! He makes you feel super comfortable and is fun to conversate with. Also, his receptionist is super sweet and lil miss gorgeous thang! Stop by you wont regret it.

Just had Chris touch up a 5 yr old tattoo and I couldn't be happier, I will be getting some original work from him in the near future for sure!

Sandra is an amazing artist! She took her time to listen to what we were looking for and turned it into something my husband and u both loved. She was also patient with us and our schedule. If you want quality work done by a quality person, book with Sandra!
