I found this place close to my house so I figured I would check it out after reviewing their work online. I walked in and was told I had to email the artist of what I'd like to have done. I went to my vehicle and emailed the pic of what I'm looking to get. After several days with no reply, I sent a follow up email to see if Cliff had received it. Again no reply. It's an email that would have taken 2 minutes to reply but nothing. I won't try again. Found another artist with the same protocol and he got back to me next day. Quite frankly I'm glad as the other artist has far greater skills and customer service.

There wasn't a very good selection of septum jewelry when I went in and the shop from what I could see looked run down. The women I spoke to was very nice though.
