I bought some cartridges here a few weeks ago and they just haven’t been working with my grip. I explained to them that I hadn’t been having this problem with other brands of cartridges and they exchanged me out with no questions or hassle. What great service and super nice staff. This place is 25 minutes out of my way but I’ll continue to shop here due to the great service.

I'm new to the world of tattooing and was curious to see what a brick and mortar tattoo supply store would have to offer. Drove 45 mins to check this place out and I wasn't disappointed. The staff was friendly and didn't make me feel like I was lame for being new and asking questions about products. No complaints about the prices. What I spent seemed fair to me.
