Richie Metè is an AMAZING artist. I would always recommend him for any style of tattooing, but especially trash polka! The shop is clean, well taken care of and the artists all know what they're doing!

Initially I was happy with the tattoo artist's friendly and enthusiastic attitude when I came in with my design but when I came back for my appointment I ended up walking out without getting a tattoo. The appointment was made for 8 pm and when I showed up the artist was still working on another guy and apologized, saying that it was taking a few minutes longer than expected and to please make myself comfortable. AFTER 2 HOURS OF WAITING without so much as a "hey, how you doing over there" I just left.

UPDATE
PIECE #2: Well after 2 years, I returned to Modern Art with a more intricate piece to hand over to Richie. I gave him the idea and let him run with it. I was stoked to see the results after he told me his ideas for the piece. I had a vision in my head that had me already excited, and he blew those expectations out of water. Still amazed by his talent and professionalism. Let him do what he does as an artist and you'll get the best work anywhere. I wouldn't let anyone else near my skin art at this point. If you're getting ink, go here, it's that simple. Its beyond worth the investments for something this incredible. I'd give it 10 stars if Google let me. Thanks again Richie. You're an Ink Sky Wizard.

To go here. I will never refer anyone to this shop ever again. I noticed There's alot of good reviews on Richie. I unfortunately had a really bad experience with him. Long story short he was working on touching up a tattoo i got there years ago. The touch up was gunna take two sessions because it's a big tattoo. Anyway. He did a good job the first time but the second time i went in to finish my touch up he kicked me out of his shop and refused to tattoo me ALL because he happen too see a tattoo on my hand that i had recently got somewhere else. So just because he was jealous i got a tattoo elsewhere he would not finish my tattoo so now i have a half down touch up. I'm so upset that he had to be immature and so unproffesional. I am an adult and i am aloud to tattoo my body wherever with whoever. Because of his unprofessionalism he lost my business as well as everyone else i know. What a shame he had to act this way. I'm very disapointed.

I’ve had my nose pierced 3 times now, they like to slip out in my sleep, so this being the fourth time getting it done was definitely the easiest and fastest. barely any pain and completely even! xandra stayed late and waited for me and my ma to come in. i’m in love with my piercingss thank youuuu
