Got my daith pierced by Kevin, he was very clean and professional.
Offered me tips, help, and answered any and all questions I had.
Even gave me his card and told me to contact him if I ever had any questions or concerns.
The customer service was amazing, and the experience was overall great.
Could not recommend them higher.

Yall..... these guys (and gals) are AMAZING. They're a guy expensive (for me at least lol) but its literally totally worth it and they'll be the only people I go to from now for any kind of work done one me. Be it piercings or tattoos. I'm going to them. For the kind service I got for how painless it was for them being SO knowledgeable about what they're doing and just chill cool down to earth people I'd be willing to pay twice what I paid. I'm gonna have to find out the guy that pierced my septum and give him a review on his own because he was absolutely FANTASTIC! He was so cool and chill and he did a great job calming my nerves. He just chatted and chatted with me and before I knew it it was over and done with and literally stopped hurting the second he pulled the needle out. Idk what kinda sorcery that was but I'm not complaining! Anywho if yall are looking for professional people (but still cool and not uptight) who know what they're doing these are the people for you. I cant give anything higher than a 5 star otherwise they'd have 10 stars from me. You guys ROCK

Terrific place! I came here for a nose piercing, and everything was very sanitary. Everyone had a great attitude, and they thoroughly explained what you should/should not do after your piercing.

By far my favorite place that I have recieved a piercing. I will definitely be back to get more!! It was a very professional environment and the septum piercing was pretty much painless. It has healed quickly with no complications :)

If you want the best go to hangin City they are amazing and their work and their professional and the environment is amazing clean place the guys are phenomenal I just had my nose pierced today as well as my daughter did Kevin did both of our nose he is amazing he explains everything he's so gentle kind and very clean and sanitizing thank you again Kevin for all you do to make us feel beautiful I love my piercing love you and love your work big has done my daughter's tattoos just finished her sleeve he does amazing work you will not be disappointed go in and check these guys out this place is very clean very thorough work a very fun environment it's just all around the best in fort Smith and surrounding areas thanks guys I will see you again
