Best place in Arkansas to get the tattoos I want. Come all the way from Fort Worth Texas every time now for great results. Paul had a clean shop, great atmosphere, explains in detail what is going to be done and how long, reasonable pricing and even puts touch of his own artistic talents adds each tattoo as unique.
