I went to All Inkd up to get a tragus piercing. There were two people at the front desk, a man and a lady, and as I stood at the desk waiting for assistance, it was 3 minutes before they even acknowledged me. I was basically invisible I guess, idk. As for the piercing experience, my piercer was super nice and did a great job. A few weeks later, I call the place for questions about my piercing, and there’s no answer. I know they’re not busy, so there’s no reason why a business has NO ONE to answer calls regarding questions about the place. just horrible

Went here to get my first nose piercing. Didn't get the girl's name, but she did great work! Besides a bit of expected eye watering, it only hurt for 20 minutes. She did very well and would definitely come back for more!

went in for the first time today and my friends and i ended up leaving after about 10 minutes. the customer service was less than decent. in the middle of signing the consent form and sign in sheet, a blonde woman with a braid came up and revoked the clipboard without any explanation. i was barely acknowledged; it seems as if she has no consideration of her customers.
