Called ahead of time to get information about a nose piercing and they said they would do it.....when I got there they said they don't have the stuff to do it

The lady looks so young does she even have her license she messed up my pricing I have a really big hole in my stomach because she did my belly pricing way to high she messed up 2 times I had to keep telling her and she was very rude you should not go there my pricing was very over priced do not go there!
