I have been researching brows for over a year and have been following Mel @browsbymel on Instagram. I finally decided to take the plunge and make an appointment. Mel was quick to respond and answer all my questions prior to my appointment. I arrived to an adorable salon/studio. Very cute, cozy and clean. She explained the process and we discussed shape and color. The process took a little under 3 hours and there wasn’t really any pain. Just a little soreness and stinging near the end. Omg!! I am so glad I decided to do this and so glad I put my trust in Mel. Do not hesitate!! Do it!! She is great! So personable and plays some great music! After I got home, I decided I wanted the the “tails” of my brows a bit longer. I contacted her and she said not a problem and we can do that at touch up time. I can’t wait to go back for my touch up! Thank you Mel! ❤️

I loved the work and service I’ve received with Mel! She knew how I was when it came to my brows and how perfect i wanted it to be. For myself. Every time she had me look at her progress, i pointed out something i didn’t like & she fixed it! She never showed any signs of irritation or frustration whenever i pointed a flaw. Instead, she asked me to lay back down and went back to work. Once she perfected it, we both let out a sigh of relief, because of how much time and focus we invested to get the eyebrows detailed to par. Not only that, it’s been about 4 days post, and every day she’s checked in to see how the peeling process is going. Asking and answering any questions i may have. Reassuring me that the phases are absolutely normal! I love my eyebrows & I can not wait to go to my touch up, so we can perfect it even more! (If need be, lol)

I heard about Mel by my cousin and been following her IG to see her work so i decide to go for it. Oh girl let me tell you she is the brows of Queen. She did exactly how i want them done. My brows came out amazing. I love them and it only take me 20min to do my make up up since Mel got my brows on Fleeks. Mel is the best. Well give your brows life.

Absolutely and highly recommend Mel! This is the second time I have gotten my eyebrows completed (the first time by another) and Mel is on point. In the photos, I received a touch -up that day to darken them a little more. I’m very happy how she took the time to draw them so that they are very symmetrical. Will definitely use Mel again in the future.💗

Couldn’t decide if I should go with microblading or the powder ombré on my eyebrows. My eyebrows are really thin/sparse and idk which procedure would go best with it. I messaged Mel to ask a few question before I book my appointment and it only took me a few minutes to decide. During my session...Mel took her time to map out the shape of my eyebrows and made sure I was satisfied with them. I felt really comfortable during the whole procedure I honestly even fell asleep a few times lol she explained everything every step of the way and made sure I was ok. Mel’s hand was so light I could barely feel anything. It took quite some time but it was worth it!! My experience overall was great!! I like the fact that she keeps in touch with her clients after the procedure to make sure we heal ok or to make sure if everything’s ok. I’m really excited to go back for my touch up!!

I cannot express to you how scared I was of trusting someone enough to do my brows!!!! I’ve searched and searched and could not find someone who I trusted enough to do my brows UNTIL I’ve seen Mel’s work! For starters, she is very sweet, funny yet very professional. Before scheduling an appointment, I’ve asked her so many questions on what would work best for me and she responded fast, and answered every single question I had and became comfortable enough that I booked an appointment almost instantly ! She paid attention to detail, she checks on you to make sure you’re comfortable and asks how the pain is. The procedure was tolerable ! Turned out better than I expected, that I fell asleep during this process. She checked up on me to make sure I am doing ok and to let her know if I’d like changes or anything after it’s healed. I am so thankful that she was the one who did my brows & I loved working with her. She’s amazing ! I love love love my brows !!!!!! And she’s just a caring and good person overall! She loves her job ! AND she’s the best at it !!!! Plus, their office is super relaxing! Love it !!!!

I'm the type of girl that's usually scared of doing something somewhat permanent to my face. Melanie explained to me about different procedures for eyebrows including microblading, ombré powder and hybrid brows. I opted for the ombré powder because that's how i usually do my brows. The procedure isn't that bad, it just feels like scratches on your skin. I was already happy with the way she drew my brows on first lol so of course I loved the way it came out. I can't wait to see the healed version!

Mel is such a sweetheart. She puts so much time and effort when working on my brows and I am very pleased with them. She is very passionate in what she does and I would highly recommend her!
