I went to this place as no other piercing/tattoo parlors were open. I'm glad I went to this place, they had extremely good customer relations. I went in here for a industrial piercing on both ears, the guy Nick took extremely good care of me. I was really nervous to get them and worried about the pain, but Nick reassured me and made me feel comfortable and calm throughout the whole process. And the pain wasn't bad at all, it was really tolerable. The piercing came out precisely perfect. Nick even gave me a list and instructions as to how I should take care of them. I give this Establishment 5 stars for such a good and friendly customer relations, they take good care of you, and make you feel comfortable.

I have gotten three tattoo's done here. One was done by a wonderful artist that made me feel extremely comfortable when getting it done and because of that artist I wanted to come back. However, my other two experiences were done by a different artist(not by choice), one tattoo came out horribly and even crooked. The artist was distracted by the movie District-9 and made my arm very swollen because he was applying too much pressure in cleaning my arm. The other he worked on was quickly finished yet also horribly swollen and it appears it has missing pigments.
