I had an amazing experience here with Nicole.
Not only was the shop itself clean, safe and
beautiful, but Nicole made my first tattoo
experience comfortable. Her work is beautiful and she was very professional & diligent making sure the design was exactly what I was looking for. Nicole made me feel I was in safe hands & she is so kind to talk to while getting the tattoo done. I would highly recommend Hailin & Nicole to anyone!

Kaho was great throughout the entire process; he was very communicative during the design and scheduling portion, gave multiple options on designs/sizing, took extreme precision on placement, was meticulous on the details of the tattoo, offered plenty of breaks to stretch and refresh, and was very thorough about the healing aftercare. He has a great artistic eye when it comes to design and does a phenomenal job on brushwork. It was also one of the least painful tattoo sessions I've had so he would be great for those seeking their first tattoo.

The shop itself also has a great vibe with its ambiance - very relaxed with burning incense, background music, and tons of decorations that I'm sure each has a unique story.

I'll be coming back once I have more tattoo ideas and I highly recommend it for anyone else!

This studio is a wonderful place. My family and I came in on a walk in and Brendan set us up with matching Japanese scripture tattoos. His work was amazing and he treated us like we were family. Definitely a great studio if you are looking for Asian influenced ink.

My first time in a tattoo place and this place was everything I didn't expect from a tattoo studio. I really liked the ambience. It was very clean, very organized, very friendly artists and the set-up was perfect. Parking was a bit complicated but manageable.

I’ve been following this place and their artists on Instagram for a few months before booking. They have a few artists here with different styles. I like that the general style of Hailin Tattoo is a realistic style that is also very flowy and fluid. I liked Shu’s work, and when I emailed to make an appointment, his availability was 3 months out. Shu was very friendly and easy to work with even though his English is limited. It’s easy to tell that he is passionate and meticulous and detailed about his craft and making sure the piece looks good. Very nice easy going people here. Not intimidating at all. The space is clean and well kept. There is parking next door at the Rite Aid parking lot.

I had KaHo do two pieces for me that I had been thinking up for a long time, and he gave two amazing ideas a week in advance for me to play with and give feedback on. When the day came, he worked with a lot of professionalism, kindness, and warmth especially as this was my first set of tattoos. It was worth every penny-- KaHo is amazing at what he does with calligraphy, watercolor, and brushstroke.

I had a fine line piece done by Kaho and he was super gentle and sweet. He was very accommodating and responsive on instagram and very detail oriented, perfectionist at heart. Would definitely get another tattoo here if I come back to LA.

Awesome tattoo shop. Very beautiful and elegant styles. My tattoo artist, Kaho, did an amazing job; both with drawing up my idea for my tattoo and making it come to life way more than what I could have imagined and really took the time to make sure everything was perfectly set with my tattoo, even going back over certain areas so that he felt accomplished with it. I definitely feel like the price was well worth the tattoo I received and will definitely be going back for more in the future!

Kaho did a beyond awesome job on my minimalist tattoo. I couldn’t ask for any better. We took time to come up with a design and he listened to all my needs. The lines are very fine ,crisp and detailed . Also very light handed and gentle. A true artist. I love itttt.
