The person who was working today brought their dog. I was greeted by barks and growls the dog was attempting to jump over the counter, felt like I was going to be attacked right then and there. He kept telling his dog to stop it and started to flick his finger at the dog. Very unprofessional. I told the person I was in there with that we should just leave and that I didn't feel welcomed. The dog kept barking and growling at me the whole time I was in there. Did not end up making a purchase.

I inquired about a water pipe through the online chat, EJ answered and was always very helpful. He was more than willing to send me pictures of what he had. I asked EJ to hold a piece that he had in stock. There was a grinder that I wanted that EJ tried ordering but with COVID it ended up taking too long to get it. Even though the exact grinder I wanted didn't work out EJ still held the piece for a few weeks in the back for me and I still got a great deal on another grinder that was in the shop to go along with the piece I got. Overall my experience was extremely positive and I felt like EJ was very patient and not just pushing to make a sale. Thank you!
Almost forgot to mention, when I went to pick up the tube I didn't get to meet EJ but the guy behind the counter was very friendly. Cheers!

Much better than the places in south Sacramento. I saw the exact vape pen for 10 dollars less, and they took the time to answer any questions without being condescending like some of the other places. I'm only coming here from now on even though it's a 20 to 30 minute drive depending on traffic. The rewards program give your buying power a little more considering their prices are often lower to start!
