Husband and I stopped in as a walk-in. Eric and Ramon were welcoming and accommodating. Ramon Silva @rebel.art did an AMAZING job capturing our fur baby with simple line work. 10 out 10 would recommend! Thank you again Pacific Beach Tattoo and Ramon!

Was my second tattoo and a more extensive one. Walked into one shop next door and did not feel welcomed which is huge to me especially for something like this. Walked into Dimora and got a tattoo from Brandon. He was so friendly, accommodating, let my bf come back with me and did an amazing job.

I’ve been tattooed multiple times by Garrett and Eric and they are the best guys in San Diego! Highly recommend if you want quality work done.

The folks worked with me to remedy the issue I originally encountered. Much respect to the crew they have there. They made me feel so comfortable I booked a future appointment for myself and gf. The environment was wholesome, clean and I’m satisfied with the service that was provided. Definitely going back.

I came here without an appointment on my 18th birthday. The artists were all very friendly and accommodating. I showed the artist a picture of what I wanted and he drew the design perfectly. The tattoo came out beautifully and the healing process was fast. I will definitely be coming back here for my next tattoo.

Immediately as you walk into the shop you feel like you are in the right place. Clean tattoo shop with a pool table and friendly staff. I recently got a cover up tattoo that a few artists from other shops turned down or said my only option was too black it out. I was eager to keep searching tattoo shops and I’m glad I came to pacific beach tattoo. My artist Denis told me my tattoo could be covered up and I then consulted with him and he made me feel very comfortable and drew a sketch of what my cover up would look like. With so many artists saying it wasn’t possible I was happy too meet Denis. The tattoo turned out amazing and you would never be able to tell it’s a cover up. I got a rose over my old artwork and the colors came out very vibrant considering it was over solid black. I would recommend pacific beach tattoo for anybody looking for some new ink. I am very happy with my new tattoo, pacific beach tattoo is the place too go! 👍

My sister and I went to get similar tattoos here while visiting from Indiana. We loved this place! Super nice guys & very clean place. Our tattoos have healed nicely and look great.

I’ve been tattooed by Eric many times over the past several years and I can’t praise him and his work enough. His prices are fair (especially for the quality of his work) and he is extremely knowledgeable and has great insight and ideas. I drive all the way from Temecula to get my work done by him and it’s more than worth it every time.

I have a full arm sleeve and was looking for a decent shop to get some lettering done and instead was berated and told how I should go about getting a tattoo by the guy at the front desk.

Sunday afternoon - not very busy in there - I showed him the phrase I wanted and where I wanted it. I was looking for some positive feedback, not a template drawn up for me at that moment and willing to make an appointment. However, his fragile ego was damaged before I even walked in.

When I asked him if he had any suggestions or ideas he instead gave me what I assume are his rules for looking for a tattoo: “if you are going to hop from tattoo shop to tattoo shop know what you want and don’t expect me to take the time to draw something up for you..... look through the books and decide if you really want a tattoo here and are ready to get one”. Had he been a professional and treated me as a customer he would have known that was not the case. Since when can I not ask questions. Yes, there are several tattoo parlors near your establishment and yes I will visit as many as I want, ask questions and decide on where I will get my permanent ink done.

Talking with and showing some respect to your potential customers goes a long way in making that kind of decision. Rude. Unprofessional. It is pathetic when you can’t even get into the chair to make a review for the work done but the manner in which you are treated beforehand.

Hacks pretending to be artists

Had booked a tattoo appointment, and when i showed up the artist was running an hour late! he seemed surprised that i showed up on time because he had contacted me 15 minutes before my appointment to let me know, however i had to get there much more than 15 minutes prior to appointment time. not only that, but not a single person, artist or client, was wearing a mask inside the shop! long after masks had become mandatory in san diego. i left and cancelled my appointment. don’t think i will ever try to get tattooed there again.
