Unprofessional Unhelpful Poor Customer Service

Horrible, unpleasant, and unprofessional customer service. Wasn’t sure what I wanted and asked to look at some ideas for a small tattoo. Guy at the front was completely unhelpful and made it obvious he didn’t want to help me. I came back with a better idea of what I wanted and asked if I could see what an outline of it would look like and was told no unless I was going to get it for sure. If you’re going to permanently tattoo something to your body it’s not unreasonable to ask to see what it would look like first, especially if it’s a simple design. I have other tattoos and this has never been an issue. Would never recommend this place.

Friendly Staff Great Atmosphere Talented Artists Fun Experience

My wife and I came in last night to get tattoos. The shop was very welcoming and friendly. It was like walking into a tattoo museum with all the amazing things they have around the shop. We had fun throughout the tattoo joking and stuff just like the good days of tattoo shops. This shop has an artist to meet any of your needs. Do yourself a favor and come here for an epic tattoo.

Great Experience Oldest Shop on West Coast Amazing Flash Sheets Knowledgeable Tattooers Nice People

Had a really great experience at this shop. Got my first tattoo in California here. It's the oldest continuously running shop on the west coast and the inside is full of amazing original sheets of flash. Definitely worth your time.
All the tattooers are not only knowledgeable about their work but seem like generally noce peole also.

Poor Customer Service False Advertising Waste of Time and Money

Wish I could give a real review but unfortunately I I called in and was told walk ins all welcome. I did that and was told I would get a call or text an hour later or 1.15 to get started. Spent $300 taking my people downtown just to sit and wait just to find out they closed and never bothered. Also their 2 inch line work tattoos was quoted at $200 which I agreed to. Nah guys. I have heavy tattoos. Easy money. I super enjoyed the only thing I even figured out I would like to do on a milestone birthday. This experience sucked.

Great Service Reasonable Price

Great guys, I had an old, poorly done tattoo and they refreshed it beautifully. Paid $350 for a lot of work. This is my new parlor when i need work done.

Poor Service Misleading Information

We called ahead to be sure they were open and accepting walk-ins they confirmed they were both open and accepting walk-ins. We took our friend for his 40th bday. We got there they told us 1 hour wait n they would text us. 1 1/2 hour later we go back and they are locked up. No word or anything. Just closed. Wasted our time and ubers. Just he careful before you head here.
