Here I got my first tattoo by Lani and she did a great job! She is extremely lovely and you feel comfortable with her from the beginning :) she helped me with the design and it turned out beautiful! I am very happy and recommend this place and Lani of course ;)

This is my 2nd tattoo in my 47 years of life, and it was well worth the wait. Orly and the staff were super friendly and professional. They took care of me beyond what I expected, with a clear and comfortable environment (studio is perfect). The art Orly created on my shoulder, arm, back, and cheat is gorgeous and melds seamlessly with my muscles and body shape. The work was smooth, paced quickly for how much was done, and barely hurt at all. Orly and I had great conversations through the time there, where I felt like he was a cousin or colleague friend I could share anything with. My mind is still blown at how amazing this experience was. I highly highly recommend Humble Beginnings and Orly.

I first noticed Humble Beginnings Tattoo after getting my haircut next door. When it came time for my most recent tattoo I called to schedule an appointment. They connected me with an artist that was available the day I wanted to have my tattoo done and it was on a Monday. Lanii asked me to send her the art that I had in mind and even accommodated me earlier in the day. She was ready before I got there and did an amazing job on my tattoo. The lines are so clean and she has such a light touch. I had not peeling and hardly any redness.
When one of my friends was looking to get a tattoo, I sent her to Lanii and Lanii took amazing care of her. Her tattoo turned out beautiful and both of our tattoos had very deep meaning to them and Lanii understood the importance and respected it.

One of the best tattoo shop in bay area. I had got my tattoo done by Jordan. This guy got amazing pair of hands. His attention to details is die for. His schedule is pretty occupied. So I'd suggest that if you want to get a tattoo done by him booking him before 3-4months is right time.

Shop is closed during posted business hours. This seems to be a trend among tattoo shops in the area. Blatantly wasting another person's time is disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least.
