We opened Pastime Tattoo on June 30, 2018 in beautiful downtown San Leandro, California. We are a destination shop, where local tattoo collectors and traveling collectors alike, come here to get their work done. Our goal is to be more than “just another tattoo shop”. Every inch of our walls and ceiling is adorned with tattoo designs (flash) that are hand painted by our artists and our peers. I was really excited to get tattooed here, having seen such good reviews from others, but had a really horrible experience with the artist Billy who was completely rude and obnoxious to me. He blew me off again and again and didn't even do any work for me to speak of for over two weeks after I gave him the deposit.
He clearly doesn't understand what it means to run a business and shouldn't be at such nice shop with such high reviews. If you are gonna go here use one of the other artists. Billy clearly has no need for customers or their needs and wants, and maybe not even for their money either.
Seriously, don't go here. Go down the street to Infamous Tattoos or any other shop for that matter. This was the worst customer service I have ever received.
