Grade A customer service. The whole vibe of the shop is very welcoming. Joseph is a great artist and my tattoo turned out incredible. Everyone is professional and kind 10/10 recommend. Overall great shop, if you’re in Santa Cruz come in here!

I was lucky enough to get a walk-in piece done by Mars! The shop was super clean and everyone was beyond helpful and polite. Not to mention the tattoo was beyond expectations and so was the artist. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely coming back for future work!

My daughter has been twice to Paradise Tattoo for 4 new tattoos. My dad passed away very suddenly on 12/28/20. Due to the pandemic, I had not seen him since January 2020. Myself & my family are heartbroken 💔
A few weeks after he passed my daughter made an appointment at Paradise. She came home & had gotten the word ‘sweet’ tattooed on the outside of her left forearm - near her wrist. Sweet was my dad’s last name - my maiden name. Joey had done the tattoo & it was very delicate. She mentioned that he had a light touch & was very friendly.
I didn’t have any tattoos but after seeing hers felt compelled to get one to honor my awesome dad. My daughter made an appointment for me today with Joey. I ended up with ‘Sweet’ on the inside of my left forearm near my wrist & another tattoo on my right arm in the same spot.
Joey was so nice. He explained the process throughly & asked me how I was doing while working on both tattoos. I had fun chatting with him (I am a talker!) and learning how he got into the tattoo business.
I would definitely recommend Paradise Tattoo. The establishment was clean, inviting, and the staff was very friendly!

We crossed paths with Joseph about a year ago while we were in town, and since then have been back to see him two more times and will be back again in a few months for more! Paradise Tattoo is the cleanest and most organized shop I've seen. Both Joseph and Ray are not only extremely talented artists, but great people as well!!
