So glad I chose Electric Crayon as my first place to get a tattoo in Colorado. Piper is awesome! He took my idea and made it more than I could have imagined. Best piece I have! Thank you Piper!! All the other artists are great too! They made it a great experience😃. Super clean and great environment. Well worth the drive, we will deffently be going back!

I needed to do something rebellious in my old age *cough cough*. Krysten made the experience of piercing my nose seamless and with no discomfort! I suffer from severe anxiety, and I felt right at home at Electric Crayon. She made me feel very comfortable and she made it a truly enjoyable rebellious experience! Their facilities are impeccably clean and sterile, and they they really treat each customer with the utmost care as if you're really a friend or part of a family. I would recommend going here for any piercing! Krysten took the time to explain how to clean my piercing and let me know that if I had any problems or concerns to come back and they would help me. I couldn't be more happy with how it looks. I've already gotten several compliments and my teenager absolutely hates it and thinks it's totally embarrassing, so that's a bonus!

Tattoo artist I did consult with did not seem knowledgeable or confident about capabilities regarding type of tattoo I wanted. Quoted me twice the price other tattoo shops had quoted me. Other patrons and professionals gave me a lot of side eye/it didn't feel welcoming.

Love Electric Crayon! Johnny B is the only artist I let touch my skin. He does amazing work every time! If you want a VERY talented artist then you should come and check out Johnny B!!🤘🏼

I’ve gotten 2 maybe 3 piercings here great work and no complaints I go back maybe once every 2 weeks if not monthly because I’m great at losing my top dermal piece I usually deal with Steve or the women piercing. I’ve even had interactions with Steve at my job site fedex. I always have a great interaction I’m in and out and u can’t beat the prices. plenty of times for whatever reason the dermal sold to me will not fit the plate I have in my face so I have to bring it back and they are always willing to exchange it or help me out I just recently had my son who most times is in his carrier and since we are usually in and out it’s never a problem nobody has ever said anything to me. I’ve been going here before my pregnancy during my pregnancy and with my son just to pick up a dermal piece and it has never been a problem. I go out of my way to go just to this shop and have referred others I sent my husband to pick one up I told him pink or silver black or white and he was sent away with green. I went in today to exchange it and was immediately told I had to leave because of my son I was barley through the damn door and then I was further told as long as I had my son he refused to speak to me I asked him would it be better to leave my son in the car and he shrugged with a careless attitude which I would not even if he said yes. I further told him I just needed a quick exchange and which I’ve done before and he said he can’t do any exchange which I’ve done plenty of times. I asked if I could speak to someone else and he said his dad was the owner like that gave him authority I’ve never ever seen him in there I asked him his name which he didn’t even give me his real name and didn’t allow me to speak to anyone else he said if I didn’t leave he could have me kicked out like for a quick exchange and with my child???? I’m honestly In shock I love this shop I’ve brought them money I go there all the time it’s always been great they are open late cheap and I love it but now I feel like i never want to go back. To continue business customer service is KEY In the end the gentlemen walked away from me couldn’t even give an alternative didn’t even hear me out had no apology nothing. I can understand as my son grows older of course he can’t be in there understandable but nothing has ever ever been said to me until today and I’ve always been able to exchange especially when it’s unworn. My turn off was definitely how I was treated I would love my exchange or my husbands money back since I can’t even wear what was sold to me. We asked for pink silver white black.... and was told they were out normally someone bring the extra box in the back if the one in the front was low but while I was as inside before I was evsn helped i glanced and the one in the front case which looked to have plenty colors I really just want what I actually came to buy or my money back I’d love to still come up There comfortably get more piercings and get more dermals when I need them. I usually get so mad when treated poorly i think of writing reviews but never actually do but this one I just felt too uncomfortable to call and so upset to not say anything. This has been the simplest shop to deal with and I don’t even know of another shop cuz this one usually takes care of me. I even told this young man I come in there all the time and he cared less. How can u keep clientele with such a careless attitude. I was so embarrassed and disrespected

Got my first tattoo here! The staff was professional and skillful. My tattoo artist took note of what I was wanting and enhanced the final drawing. I couldn't be more pleased! I definitely recommend this place and the artist (Steve Smith) that did my tattoo..

I went to Electric for the first time and Kristen changed my conch piercing. She was super nice and kind! She made me feel very comfortable. I am definitely coming back for future piercings!!

Nice people, cool environment, but a amateur artist really messed up my tattoo. The lines weren't even straight and didnt even connect in the right spots. He added very little leaving random blank spaces considering it wraps around my entire wrist lacking creativity. Instead of adding detail he shaded my whole wrist and it looks like a wrist band, which goes with how little was added. The shading around my wrist is thick but thins out making it uneven. The flowers were perfect but most everything else was uneven. I had an awesome experience the last time i was there, but this time is making me reconsider coming back. Very upset and now have to spend extra money to get it fixed. Thumbs down!! 👎

I've been going to Skylar at Electric Crayon for a little over a year. We're working on a quarter sleeve of flowers on my left forearm and he also did some lettering on my collarbone. His color work is amazing. I get compliments on my flowers all the time, especially from other artists. The shop is nice and clean and everyone is cool. And he's very reasonable with price. He's not cheap but he'll work with you on pricing (within reason) and his work is worth every penny!
