Tengu Tattoo LLP

Got a piercing here, it was fine, I like it. But I’ve realized that any shop I go to the men are not very polite and are actually quite rude, and this applies to this shop. I asked a couple questions and the man who did the piercing was rude and not very helpful. They’ll get the job done fine, just don’t have really good customer service skills.

It appears that this place is slowly going down the tubes lately. I’ve known about & shopped here since 2012. However the new front desk staff are lacks in they’re effort to assist customers. The piercer is Not Consistent in his schedule.
I have moved some distance from the Aurora area” however was willing to drive the distance for Jewelry & piercing for myself my daughter & out of town friends.
Yet after two attempts of the piercer not being at the Parlor during his scheduled hours. We all ended up finding A wonderful place in Thorton Co. They’re very Clean, Organized, Prompt & Professional.
With that I’ll say Thank You TENGU Tattoo for dropping the ball... I L❤️VE Milehightattoo.😂😀😂

Love this place. For a tattoo and piercing shop in a mall, they have the best prices around. Meteo; the piercing apprentice, was very good. He did a great job with my 2 piercings.

I went to Tengu a couple weeks ago to get my rook pierced (an ear piercing if you’re not familiar), and while the piercing does look great and I like it a lot, I thought the process was done too quickly and not explained enough. I was lucky to have known what I was getting into prior to actually getting it done, because while Danial was explaining to me what was going to happen he was talking quietly for the volume of the music that was being played in the background. After he was done almost immediately he began shooing me and my family out of the chair before I could catch up with what had happened and as a result, after leaving I wound up fainting. I do not regret getting my piercing, however I do regret going to Tengu. The only reason I’m being generous enough as to give a two star review is that I do think everything he used was sterile, and I do like the way it looks.

Customer service is horrible. I have a family and a child and needed to know how much Clay thought the tattoo was gonna be. He beated around the bush and told me 125 and hour and repeatedly ignored on how many hours or his professional judgement on cost. He said to go print google images and ill be fine. Very incompetent, very unprofessional, extremely rude. Go anywhere else but here.

I got my nose and belly button pierced here and they were great. They made me feel very comfortable and pierced exactly where I wanted my piercings to be. My piercings never got infected and they healed quite well. I would recommend Tengu Tattoo to anyone who wants to get great quality piercings.

I got my lobe piercings redone here. They were very professional and only took a couple minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly and made sure to take the time to line up my lobes so they match and look amazing.

Had a consult with Clay for some work. He has great ideas for what I want.
Everyone there real nice and helpful too

Best tattoo shop around town. Everyone that works here is skilled and amazing. I tell everyone to check me’ out.

I've seen Jessie for my thigh tattoo and it's still my favorite one to this day. His attention to detail and style is incredible! I've seen some of the other artists work on some of my friends and am blown away. Highly recommend this shop!
